Wished we did this in science class. It beats another boring dissection of formaldehyde-scented corpse.

If we had done that, I think we would have gone to culinary school instead
of college 🙂

At least then I'd have better dexterity with knives. I'm still envious of people who can peel with a regular kitchen knife.
