  1. It seems like the mother is doing quite well– she eats and grows! Supposedly I can make a sourdough out of it in several weeks. I am hesitating making the rice wine because it requires a very clean pot and a warm oven. It sounds good for winter time.


  2. If yeast thrives in Virginia, I'll have to send you some sweet rice wine yeast to make your own cơm rượu.
